Weight training at the gym.
Some improvement :
Abductor & adductor @ 50kg now.
Shoulders can start comfortably at 40lb
Other things, still pretty standard.
I can do push ups on the toes again! But a far cry from my glory days of 32 in 60 seconds. Hahaha!!
