Kickstart Day 10

Cardio Wave machine for 25 minutes! The first 10 minutes were seriously the hardest. Contemplated fainting and giving up at the 15th.... caught the wind after that and the last 10 minutes were a breeze. I remember how much I love this machine last time... perhaps will make Cardio Wave a weekly thing again. :)

Stayed mostly at level 5 for 10 minutes and then 7 for the rest.

Day 395

Weight training day.... somehow I still feel very flabby after weight training. Usually everything feels "tight" after finishing. Maybe because I didn't go all out... today there were weight increments, so generally by the 3rd set, I'll be "pancit", even though the first set (with heavier weights) was easy going. Will see how... tomorrow I'll be weight training again. Hahahaha.

After that, went for back-to-back Cardio Wave classes with Hazrin. After a long while of not doing cardio wave, it's suddenly very syiok! Maybe because all the songs were so nice... :) And guess what? For the first slot of cardio wave, the entire class was PACKED. Like, every single machine was taken up. Lucky I was early.. lucky I got to leave work early.. hehehee.

Day 382

Did weight training, again, everything same as before. The shoulder press machine was taken so I did the pulldowns. Think it was 26kg, 24kg, 21.5kg. Also did the same shoulder raises and bicep curls free weights set. Raymond told me not to do so many reps, and instead use heavier weights. Hmm.. the problem is that there wasn't anything heavier than 8lb weights available that day.

On Sunday I felt so tortured, but today everything was alright again! So one more weight training with these weights set, and then I'll increase the weights.

Did push ups on my toes too... good to see that I can still do it, though doing 32 in one minute (like for BA training) seems like a lifetime ago. Gosh...

Didn't do cardio because I was actually doing weight training, and was walking to the women's only workout area when Hazrin pulled me into doing cardio wave class. Hahaha. He has a whistle to teach cardio wave! Why so fierce!? Anyway, I only did the last 15 minutes of his class.

Day 337

Went for 20 mins cardio wave class with Hazrin. Before that, worked out 10 minutes warm-up on cardio wave... so altogether 30 mins!

Weight training :
-> chest press 25kg, 20kg, 20kg
-> incline chest press - still stuck at 20kg. Can only do like 4 reps on 27kg. How to skip to the next stage when there's nothing in between. How can they expect me to jump 7kgs just like that?
-> fly - still at 19kg, and the reps were sucky. 10 reps, but was totally knackered
-> triceps extensions - 19kg!!
-> triceps extensions (2) - 15kg
-> some back machines... forgot the names
-> low row : up to 30kg!
-> abductor and adductor : still at 40-45kg
-> leg curl and leg extensions : still at 20-25kg
-> leg press : still at 50 (don't know if it's lb or kg, hah)
-> 80 situps (various styles) -> tight crunch (like BA training), normal situps, butterfly style, leg scoops.
-> 1 minute plank

Haha, I know my workout is pretty random. I was just trying to "attack" the different parts of the body in as many styles as possible.

Ended the workout with another 15 minutes on the Cardio Wave machine.

Day 333

Met up with my friends for dinner, so could only get in a short workout. Also, been leaving work late because I'm trying to catch up with stuff (after long holiday marrrr). So, was only on the cardio wave machine for 35 minutes. :D Tried to learn my chorey for tuition as well... was assigned track 3 & 4... sei mou.

Day 323

Went for back-to-back sessions of Cardio Wave (Hazrin's class)... didn't really like the first session because the music was sooooo blah. Second session was awesome with tracks like Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Crazy in Love, Sonny, etc. Syiok! :)

After class, talked to BAHT (haha, I love the acronym) about the shadowing. Quite excited, but just worried that I won't be well that day. A slight sickness / uncomfortable feeling goes a long way in making your workout that much less spectacular. Anyway, the good thing about BA is that I now know the "flow" of the workout much clearer, this way you can pace yourself. Like, warm-up + mixed intervals --- you don't have to go all out YET (except maybe towards the end of the mixed intervals), for the first cardio track, you're starting to get there, and then you push yourself all the way to the max for the plyometrics, especially when you get to the lunges!

The conditioning track is a great time to recover yourself, and pace yourself during the push-ups / triceps push ups on the toes so that it ends with style (e.g: if you know you can only do 16 push-ups on the toes, then do it at the end so you end with a bang instead of doing it in the beginning and pancit all the way to the end). The running and agility track is again, another good chance to recover, although there are parts where there is some build-up for you to let it all out. Of course, your power shines through during the interval track (again - it's called INTERVAL for a reason --- pace yourself and go all out during the last interval) and the power track at the end.

The only thing is that most people kill themselves during the plyos, and then walk out of the class. Don't walk out... the next track is already helping you to recover!

Anyway, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for a fun shadow session. I actually asked a dumb question to BAHT... asked him if one could just shadow FOREVER... and he said since there's no time limit, technically one can. Hahaha. I say it's a dumb question because nobody wants to shadow forever lah. I think the person you're shadowing also will feel annoyed after a while because you don't want to improve yourself further to go beyond shadowing. It's just at the moment I still feel unsure about myself and want to be "protected" in a way...

Weight training after that --- I met that concerned PT again. He said he didn't call me last week due to an urgent issue that had him going back to hometown. Hmmm.. that's what my old PT told me last time. Is this a normal excuse being used? -___- Anyway, I worked out on my own that day :
chest press - 25kg, 25kg, 22.5kg (10,10,7) - hit 'em hard and hopefully they'll grow like weeds wtf (this is the Animal motto)
incline press - still at 27kg, 27kg, 20kg
fly - still at 19kg, 19kg... tried 26kg for one set only.
bridge - 1 minute
superman chest lift - 1 minute
push-ups on toes - 1 minute
40 sit-ups (BA challenge style .. but I took longer than 1 minute!)
normal sit-ups (30)
abductor & adductor... (weird, at the women's only workout area, I swear I lift 40-45kg, but outside, the machine shows it's only 35kg. 40kg is really pushing it, but in the WOWA, it's like still ok... damnit! weird machines!)
leg curl & leg extension (20-25kg)
back extension (21.5kg all the way)

Day 288

Back from Bangkok! Fab trip, can't wait to visit that city again. :D However, all this means that I will probably not lose any weight... (maybe even GAIN.. *sob*) by the end of the month!

Came back and was very sore that I missed Body Attack & Combat on Monday! (Air Asia changed the schedulled times... T___T) I'm going to make up for it by going nuts with Attack this week! Going to go to every single Attack class that I have an option to go for, hehe.

Anyway, did Cardio Wave classes (Hazrin) today... was late for the first class, so I only "waved" for about 10-15 minutes? Then did the full 20-25 minutes for the next class. For some reason, felt like my legs were not moving enough... sigh. Just 4 days and already lost my "waving" capability? :D Weight training was next, worked on the chest press (can do up to 27.5kg now *chuffed*, but 25kg is more comfortable. Either way, I have upped the ante again!), fly (still at 19kg, struggling to go up to 21.5kg), back row (19kg all the way), chest incline (still at 27kg), forced myself to do a plan for 1.5 minutes (shaking all over for the last 30 seconds), push ups (30), butterfly push ups (30) and obliques (20).

Need to start back on the legs.

Day 281

Tuesdays are my weight training days, but as I mentioned previously (2 weeks ago to be exact), I am no longer doing cardio alone, but will be doing the cardio wave class! Extra bonus points because it's Hazrin who is teaching the back to back classes from 8pm - 8:20pm and 8:30pm - 8:50pm. By the way, don't believe the time stated, the classes usually last a good 5 minutes extra. Haha.

Starting to really like doing the Cardio Wave classes! I think it's a real challenge, and I love how I don't have any feeling in my legs now. Do you think I can still dance tomorrow? Hahaha.

After that was upper body workout, I don't think my legs need any more hardcore toning up. My colleague especially was horrified to hear about my abductor / adductor @ 45kg. Hahaha.

Chest press : 19kg for 3 sets, don't know why, this machine is harder to use compared to the other one where I lift at 26kg.
Incline press : 27kg for 2 sets, 35kg for 1 set.
Fly : 19kg for 2 sets , 21.5 kg for 1 set. :) Yay! Upgrade!
Lat pulldown : 19kg for 2 sets, 26 kg for 1 set
Triceps extension : 20kg for 2 sets, 22.5kg for 1 set (Upgrade, upgrade!)
Plank for 1.5 minutes
Total of 30 sit ups only. (Very tired.. I think I'm losing the energy to do weight training because I think I end up doing soooo much conditioning during the Group X classes anyway. SEriously! Especially for Body Attack...)

*sets = 6 - 7 reps only

After CW class, Hazrin asked me if I signed up for any instructor training... hahaha.
Do you think I should? :D
For which Group X class? Body Combat? Body Attack? Kekekeke....

Day 265

Very sleepy today, slept in the car again once I arrived in Taipan... couldn't help it. Hahahaa. Raymond says that if this continues, I'm going to become the sleeping legend of Taipan... anyway, I thought I would get a quick workout today, but turned out to take quite long...

Today is weight training day, but I was itchy backside and decided that instead of doing the Cardio Wave thingy alone on the 2nd floor, I should go for the Cardio Wave class! Was super blur, and saw the schedule for Wednesday... thought I would be attending Annie's class. In the end, was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually Hazrin's class, and I was early enough to attend the back-to-back Cardio Wave sessions. Honestly, I'm quite proud of myself! Back when I first joined TF, and they had these Cardio Wave class thingys, I could BARELY make it out after 20 minutes! Now I'm like the aunty gang who can do these things back to back... super proud yo! And of course, Hazrin was a tres excellente instructor, from him I learned the difference between putting your feet more towards the "inside" of the step or "outside" of the step. It works different parts of your legs! If you put it "outside" and turn your knees out too, then it really works the outer part of your thighs! See, even turning the knees slightly outwards can alter your performance dramatically! Last time, I believe the Personal Trainer told me that I could anyhow place my feet wherever I wanted. Whatever la, should've known better than to listen to him as he probably can't even last 10 minutes on the Cardio Wave machine. *bitter*

Okay, anyway I think Cardio Wave class is quite nice now la!! Hmmm.. I will go for the class instead of working out alone next time.

After that, I went to do weight training.... legs torture this week!
- > abductor & adductor (@35kg, 40kg, 45kg! OMg.... I am so strong!!!!! But 6 reps for the final one. I think I should stop adding on more weight , duncha agree?!)
- > leg curls & leg extension (@25kg, 30kg, 35kg)
- > leg press @ (40kg, 50kg, 60kg)
- > 40 sets of sit ups
- > 1min ++ of plank
- > 5 minutes of stairmaster to cool down

That's about it. My drama started after my last exercise... when I realised that I don't have my locker keys! I was soooo sad... I searched around all the places I had exercised, and it wasn't there. Searched the locker room as well... nothing. Finally had to admit defeat and go to the counter and first asked if there was any keys in the lost and found. Nothing (as expected). So had to wait around more than 10 minutes for the staff to take the lock cutter out. Okay... I was quite mad because I had to wait around so long, especially since everyone didn't even bother me and I just "hinggap" at the front desk like a ghost. The only one who saw me was Hazrin who said, "Hah you are still around?". T____T And I nearly CRIED pitifully. T_____T In a "Wuuu wuuuu wuuu ~~ I lost my keys~~~ " Hahahhaa.

Anyway, when the lock cutter finally came out... holy shit, no wonder the girl was so unenthusiastic about the prospect of cutting the lock! First of all that, thing is about half a normal guy's height. It's huge. It's heavy. It's cumbersome. Thank God I was using some cheap small lock, cos I think it's going to be sooooooo difficult to cut those heavy padlocks that even TF sells. Before I could go on with the lock cutting business, I had to fill in the "lock cutting application form" which has my contact details and a detailed listing of the contents of the locker. Wah... I felt so berjenama listing everything out ... (for posterity: )
~ gym bag from Nike
~ office bag from H&M which contains - Nokia hp, Guess wallet, Panasonic Lumix camera
~ shoe bag from Nike containing Ipanema slippers....
so on and so forth...

Some more I was wearing my "pariah" gym clothes today... the baggy shirt + shorts combo.. which makes me look like an aunty shopping in a pasar basah. So not matching my locker contents, ahahahhaha!

The girl (Natalie) trudged sadly up the stairs while I raced ahead, eager to get on with the lock cutting business. As she fiddled with the lock cutter, she said, "ERm... can you help me by holding on to the lock while I cut?" OMG. I BELIEVE THAT THIS EXACT PART IS HOW TRUE FITNESS PUNISHES THE MEMBERS FOR LOSING THEIR LOCKER KEYS! It was sooooo scary okay.. can you imagine.. one giant CUTTER trying to get a grip on a tiny lock, and then you having to hold the lock with your hands. Everytime Natalie struggled with the lock cutter, I could feel the thing shaking in my hands and I was so afraid she is going to slip and cut my fingers into two. I think she could see how scared I am so she said, "Haha, don't have to be nervous." OMG... how to NOT be nervous?! *drama*

Finally, the makcik cleaner also tak tahan our ministrations and ended up cutting the lock for us. Hahaha. And I didn't need to hold on to the lock. After that, Natalie checked back the contents of the locker as per the listing I gave... blablabla... see the IC, driver's license... and I even show her that the HANDPHONE has my BEAUTIFUL PICTURE as the wallpaper.. hehehehe!

Felt so bad about the whole thing... cos the lock cutter is soooooo ma fan! It scratched and spoiled the locker a bit.... haih. I have such bad luck with locks in TF. First, I lost my lock and keys... and no one ever returned it. Then, my lock RUSTED and the key got stuck and it took like 30 minutes for me to open it again. Now, I lock myself out of the locker by losing my keys... sigh!!!

Anyway, this is how a lock looks like after getting cut :

And this was what I bought immediately after, at the 100 yen shop in Taipan. I swear, I need to stockpile these things!

Day 189

Cardio Wave again, way too late for any classes. Got up to level 13 though...!! But the speed (SPM) was still about the same as at level 11. Couldn't bring myself to push further and maintain all the way. Still, rather proud of myself as there was once upon a time that I would totally be unable to chalk more than 5km on the Cardio Wave machine, and now I chalk up 14km! :) Or is it miles? Whatever unit of measurement they use lah.

On a plus note, I found my "stamp" card already...
On the other hand, I might have to travel for work again. Zomg. So much for harping on why the launch will be on a weekday. Even if it's on a weekend, I can't make it... AGAIN.

Wednesday, December 3, 2008

Day 186

Went for a 30 minute Cardio Wave session by myself. Now up to Level 12!!

Thursday, November 27, 2008

Day 184

Wow... haven't been blogging for ages. *dies*

Well, I haven't been going to the gym regularly either. Lots of working late when the Vietnamese colleague is around. She stays back til 7pm to the office. Takkan our "invited" special guest goes home at 7pm and we leave at 6pm to go to the gym? Sometimes when we are too "into" our coding, end up staying til 8:30pm... which I know for a LOT of people is still considered "not late". :P But for me that means I have to drive like speedracer back to Taipan in order to go for the "last class of the day" at 9pm. :O

Anyway, back posting. I remember working out on the Cardio Wave for 30 minutes. I can now go up to level 10, which is really good as you must keep in mind that I used to only go for 15 minute spurts at level 5. :)

Wednesday, November 19, 2008

Day 181

30 minutes on the Cardio Wave machine. First 15 minutes at level 7. Next 5 at 8, up til 10. :) Great workout. I'm starting a salad-only dinner diet, and it's really not as "torturous" as my colleagues make it out to be. It's actually quite filling, although I do admit that I wake up hungrier than usual in the mornings. :)

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Day 178

Cardio Wave again for 25 minutes, up to level 8!
Strangely, my thighs felt like they were burning, but overall, I wasn't exhausted. Was quite disappointed, really. Was expecting to feel totally can't-even-walk-anymore-tired and could collapse into a deep slumber upon reaching home. :)

Day 174

I'm back from my luxurioussssssss (not!) trip to the States ... the thing that I missed the most while I was there was working out! Well, I tried not to pig out as much and I did a bit of walking around (but to be honest : only walked for 1 day out of 16, hahaha!)... but I still gained a lot of weight. I can feel the extra weight sitting comfortably around my entire body. This pisses me off!

Anyways. So I was real eager to go back to my usual workout routine, y'know? Went to the gym pretty early since I'm on leave (the plane arrived in Malaysia at about 12:30pm on Monday, so I HAD to take leave). I spent 15 minutes on the Cardio Wave machine to warm up. Only went up to level 5, didn't want to strain myself to my usual level 7. :P

Next was Kit's Body Jam class, where she did most of the old releases. Yay! We did the Signs / Trouble With Me / I Like The Way / Fame block, after which I walked out because I wanted to "pa wai" in Body Combat class... :P

However, the plan to "pa wai" tak jadi because there were sooooo many people congregating for Terence's Body Combat class. Went back to doing the old releases, although to me they aren't old enough. Started with Angels and then to the Desert Storm thingy... after that was a Scooter track. Then this other instructor who was shadowing Terence took over and started doing the latest releases... and after the first song, I felt my stupid left calf tense up again. Actually, there were a bit of warning twinges during Body Jam and during the Scooter track, but I thought I could last the rest of the class. Sigh... so malu to be limping out of Body Combat class again.

What I'm really mad about is the fact that I know that I have the energy to finish the class and MORE but seriously, the calf is really starting to trouble me now. The last time it froze up in James class, I chalked it up to me overstraining myself on the calve extension machine. And then the personal trainer who I met (while I was limping out of the class) told me that I didn't do enough warm up, hence the calve freezing up.

But .... I NEVER do warm up!! Unless you count me walking from my car to the gym (running, when I'm late... :P). Plus plus plus, I did the CARDIO WAVE machine today... isn't that warming up!!?!?

What if I can't get rid of this strange malady of mine??? Then I'll always be walking out of classes because I really can't continue with a crippled leg. When I hobbled down to the 1st floor, I decided to rest my leg at the bench area outside the changing room. I made the mistake of prodding my left calve to see how hard it was and it was like I had hit a really raw nerve. The pain was BLINDING I tell ya. BLINDING!! I really thought I would just faint there, and even after a minute, the pain did not subside. I don't know how I had the willpower to continue stretching my leg and praying that the muscle would just freaking relax itself. Thankfully, it did otherwise I wouldn't be here typing this.

Anyway, enough complaints from me for today. I'm quite worried about myself... I want my leg to be better in a hurry cos my dad hinted I am fat by saying I should not eat so much Halloween candy by myself! Cis bedebah, this is the thanks I get for buying back so much candy for them! :( :( :(

Thursday, October 9, 2008

Day 172

25 minutes on the cardio wave. Levels from 5 -7 ... normal la.

Monday, September 1, 2008

Day 165

The past few days, I have been a real sloth! Waking up way past noon, having "obligations" at home so I can't go out (obligations = looking after my virtual village, wtf). On Monday, I was supposed to visit Simon's mom... and after staring and staring at all the gym holiday schedules, I decided that I would just go for a quick weight training round. However, when I realised that I would be able to go for Body Combat, I sms-ed his mom to tell her that I would not be able to stay over at their house for that long after all, kekeke. Damn terrible.

Jack was teaching, and as I've written previously, he's one of the few instructors who does the old releases. Some of the songs he did : Stuck on You, Wasabi, Addicted to Love, Neckbreaker. *don't remember the rest* Well, guess what he said! X_X As he was doing the chorey for Addicted to Love, he said, "That's all there is to it, last time BC is that simple." Wahhhhh, he's insulting "old time" BC! How can!! *true supporter of older release BC comes out*

First of all, BC, whether old release or new release, to me is still erm... combat performance. It isn't real combat. If someone tries to knife you for your wallet / purse, you can't "combat" them to protect yourself. I just think that MOST of the newer release takes itself way, wayyyyy too seriously. "Old release" combat was more fun and had nicer tracks to listen to and work out to. If you ask anyone who has been doing BC for more than 2 years, they will definitely prefer "old release" combat to "new release" combat.

And no offense again, but I don't think old release combat was like, super easy. If it was super easy, then there should be no problem for new instructors to teach old release tracks as well. They would be able to learn the steps like that *snaps fingers*... to be able to teach a variety of tracks, not just the latest ones. But they don't... I wonder why. Maybe it's too boring for them since they don't do it with all the funny actions as well...

(Btw, yes, some of the steps in "newer releases" are harder... like the evasive side kick, the switch knee (which is not difficult, just confuses pple actually)... but some of the people in BC haven't "eased" into these moves... it's nice to teach them more basic (and fun!) tracks instead of just jumping to the difficult stuff... IMHO... who am I, just a participant ranting. No instructor qualifications also)

Anyway, this little rant was not targetted to be against anyone... no offense meant at all!! Just had to defend old release BC tracks since most of the newer instructors don't do it, and now the old timers are saying it's too simple. ;(

Before class : did 20 minutes on Cardio Wave. Hehehhe. Level 7 all the way, babeh. :)

Thursday, August 21, 2008

Day 160

More cardio for me! Also, was late to the gym, couldn't go for any of the dance classes.

Had to be satisfied with just 20 minutes on the Cardio Wave machine, and then did 3 sets of calve extensions. Sigh, calves. Why must u look like they belong on a footballer? -__-

Monday, August 18, 2008

Day 158

10 minutes on the Cardio Wave before going for Body Combat. Level 7 all the way, baby! :P Thighs felt so sore after that, was a bit worried that I cannot make it during BC.

Lorraine was the instructor replacement today, her class was really full of energy!! Kengzz! :) Some of the tracks we did Bad, Power of Love, the "You stood by me and I stood tall" song... actually, I don't really remember. Only remember the tracks that I enjoy doing, and those are the ultimate 3. :P Oh, I prefer Terence's version of the Power of Love choreo though, no offense. :P

Apparently there are a bunch of pple who are doing instructor training already... hmm.. I envy you guys. :(

Day 55

I'm proud that I'm kinda getting back into the gym groove again. This September's total amount of times I went to the gym is high --- my original target actually, and what more, I am slowly starting to ENJOY more and more of my classes. I enjoy the whole gym experience, from working out alone in the women's area, or doing cardio on the machines, or going for classes. I no longer get bitter like I used to when I missed classes because there's so much more for me to do. =) So yes, I'm very proud of my effort this month.

Just that the darn weight doesn't go down! I don't even PIG OUT that much anymore. Actually with reference to my last post, I actually want to complain more about the ASSUMPTIONS the trainers made about me, but more on that another day. I don't like to dwell on things that I don't want to think about.

Today's work out --- Body Attack with Jason + Brian + Prudent. Why so many instructors!?! Damn intimidating, especially when I - first time doing the new release for BA - chose to stand at the back, and mana tahu, Prudent was standing at the back. -___- Well, at least that meant that if I couldn't catch up, I could just look to my side and can be 100% sure that the choreo is correct. =)

I really felt like fainting in Body Attack! So long since I have done Body Attack, what more with a new release. It's not like the new release is ultra difficult, it's just that when you're familiar with a certain release's choreography, you know when to really go "all out" and when you need to lay off a little because you know the next track is going to be more intense. Had to go for water breaks after every set, even after warm up! I like the latest "conditioning" track though - no tricep push ups! :P :P

Anyway, a really enjoyable class. After that, I chillaxed at the lounge for a bit, reading my Agatha Christie crime novels. A guilty pleasure since young. It was a bit intimidating chilling there though, because there were consultants and potential new gym members ALL around the area. There were no other gym members relaxing there. Where do these people go? It is so unlike my old gym, FF @ Consplant. I was so confounded that I actually had to ask the receptionist if the area was for everyone's usage or only for the consultants to use. :P I was only there for about 30 minutes anyway, before heading back for more working out.

I did 15 minutes on the cardio wave machine, and sweat was pouring out from every crevice. I don't know whether because it's more intense than my usual crosstrainer machine, or if it was the hot sun pouring in through the window, but I don't care. =p After that was weight training :
a) 100 situps (50 normal style, 50 butterfly style)
b) 3 sets of leg press
c) 3 sets bicep curls
d) 3 sets tricep extension
e) 50 grasshoppers! But I don't think it really works the glutes. I'll try something else next time...

Fearing a more intense weight training in the evening (training session with PT), I then went off to bathe and go home to watch StarCeleb. I watch this show because I sorta know (but they dunno me) 3 of the contestants (one of them is none other than our Body Jam instructor). My god, but some of the other contestants were really embarrassing themselves on TV. @_@ Even my mom tak tahan to watch the show any further, so I really don't know if I want to make any further efforts of cutting my gym-ming short just to watch another crappy reality TV show. @_@

Anyway, I went back to the gym at 8pm for PT. As usual, I did the crosstrainer by myself first... 15 minutes and now my heart rate doesn't shoot up to 200 anymore. This means better stamina, yo! Bad news is that the trainer then came and said today's session is cancelled. My God. During the "counseling to add more training sessions" talk on Friday, he said that he cannot help me if I don't add in more sessions, but is this commitment when he is the one who always cancels classes? Ok la, if within reason, I can still accept. BUT WHY YOU DIDN'T CALL IN ADVANCE TO TELL ME CLASS IS CANCELED? I am quite disappointed lor.

But as usual, I just swallowed my anger and just let it go. If this continues, I'm really not going to pei meen the next time. I worked out a bit more after that --- 3 sets of chest press, but really no mood already. You know, it's about 5km from my house to the gym. Maybe not far to you, but driving back and forth and back and forth is craziness. I would not have done so if I knew there was not going to be any training session.

Clearly I have made a mistake deciding to go for personal training. I will tell you more next time.
